| First one! I will assign your tutors now. They will be... Squigfly and I
Now for the critique... I notice you have been pumping out alot of micros recently, and they all of somewhat of the same deal. They are all tights wearing superheroes. I'm not saying that's bad, but take a look out how some of my micros that wear tights are done. I give little folds in each area that should have a crease. Slow down on your micros and really work on making each one original and great. I do like the colors you have chosen for your character. I don't know if this is on purpose, but the chest looks like owl eyes, which looks pretty cool.
Overall, I'll give this micro a... B
Work on spending more time on each micro you make and they will all look better.

| It looks like owl eyes, because i based that part of the chest from Dr. Impossible, and i thought it was cool myself. May i ask what you mean by the folds in each area? I don't really understand that part. | |

| Okay, here... See how on his elbows around his armpits and waist, try adding little creases. However, don't copy from this one... It helps your micros from looking plain. | |

| Looks better, however yours go down at somewhat of a diagonal. Remember you want it to look 3D, so make the fold go with the contour of each part. Take a closer look at mine to get an idea. | |

| Mach has a good point, and I think I'll give it a B-
My first advice would be that you make the hair yourself. And like mach said add more folds. If you are looking to go onto an A or A* grade I'd advise you to use four or five shades and anti-analyse your micro.
Also the shadow shading underneath the hair looks pillowed, and the nose and mouth area look quite flat. Add more shading there to make it look more realistic. Also I'd say make the mouth a bit smaller.
Also I think that the puprle line above the feet is too diagonol, so you should make it straighter.
With the masked version I'd say the mask looks very flat, so try to add a nose line or something if you get what I mean. Also the mask looks too long and pointy at the bottom.
All together though it is a pretty good micro, but if you take in to consideration what we've said I think it could be improved a lot.

| Well you've definatley improved it a lot.
However I think the nose is too flate still, add some shading to it. And maybe use a bigger gap between the shades of purple you use, but not too big.
Otherwise great job, it really looks better

| Took that advice Squig, and thanks, hopefully the nose still doesn't look too flat on this one. The color difference here is also at a good distinction, and makes him look quite good. | |

| That looks a lot better!!! I'll give it a... B+ That's just because it's a regular body temp and nothing really stands out. If you added some other things like boots or gloves that extend past the outline of the body, who knows? | |

| If you want I could make the basic design and you could shade all of it in. Or I can post a tutorial on the burger way of making hair! Get back to me on that | |

| Okay, I need some more help. I made hair by myself, but have been told that it needs to look more textured. But in reality, my hair doesn't have much volume. Here is what I have, | |

| Okay, for that hair, I just said Screw It. It was inaccurate anyways. So then me and my friend started making probably the most accurate hair i've EVER made for myself, (Slightly referenced from RAW over at MIB) I think this is the best that i've done so far. | |
