Thanks Squig! I also agree it's an improvement. I seem to work very well with Pillow Shading, not to mention it makes my micro's look really smooth.

The problem with pillow-shading is it never looks good...
I'll post a tutorial later on how to fix it up.

It looks alright, but pillow shading is the devil's work!
Its almost as evil as cake!

In the red box is what i did.
I'm assuming you are trying to copy Dragonfists and/or Mowzer's shading style.
They do not pillow shade, they "cap" the edges of the lines. All you've done is pillow shade the inside with a lighter color.
Try and use what I've done through out the body and post it, and I'll help some then as well.

The right leg, is the pillow shaded.

Made two new poses for Walter Green Lantern! :twisted:

The upperarms are still a bit chunky in places and that second pose seems a little...off.
